Hoping for a Pumpkin Patch

Our fall garden is under way and with the Lord’s blessing it will be much more profitable than the summer crop. We continue to use containers instead of planting in the ground. You might recognize some of these container as the ones my husband made.

These tiny little plants are carrots and they are only a few days old. . .

These are also carrots but they only have about a month left to grow.

These are yellow squash plants and they were planted about 3 weeks ago.

This zucchini was planted the same time as the squash.

These are our hope for a pumpkin patch.  We have a couple pots with pumpkin plants and a couple pots with winter squash.

Our next project will be to separate some of the pumpkin and squash plants so there is only one plant in each pot as these plants need a lot of room to grow. The rest is up to the Lord but we sure would like to have our very own pumpkin patch this year.
